Mainstage To Ableton Complete Transition Course

Here's a little bit about me to get us aquatinted.

I am a musician, teacher, and sound designer living in New York.

I grew up playing all sorts of music from Billy Joel, to Jason Robert Brown to Pat Metheny, and so many others I can't even begin to list.

I fell in love with Jazz music in highschool and went on to graduate from The City College Of New York for Jazz Studies in 2012. During this time, I musical directed and played piano for musicals and shows all over New York City, Westchester and Brooklyn.

Throughout this time I saw a greater need to use technology as a tool for making music. Playing in pits for musicals required me to convincingly play way more than just piano sounds, and so I began to learn Mainstage.

After one too many crashes I began to do most of my music programming and sound designing in Ableton.

Since then it has been a goal of mine to help musicians make the switch from Mainstage to Ableton, and to make it in a way more streamlined and easy fashion than I did.
